On the palate, fresh and fruit-driven with elegant mineral undertones, mark of its place of origin. Medium palate, loaded with crunchy cherry, backed by sapid backbone, soft tannins and excellent persistence.

Few days of cold maceration on the skins, with alcoholic fermentation to follow. Racking takes places after 10-12 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel, subsequent aging in stainless-steel for 6 months.

Torre Larniano Chianti Colli Senesi is a selection of Sangiovese grapes from the Vigna della Torre di Larniano, an imposing medieval tower dating back to the 11th-12th century (located near the route of the Via Francigena; back in the day it served as guard post and toll point before entering the city.)
