Anteprima is a very special event for us because, in addition to the joy of telling our story, it also gives us the thrill of the debut, of validation and assessment. Italy’s Finest Wines finds our Vernaccia Riserva 2018 to be on the top of the new vintages presented with the occasion of Anteprima della Vernaccia di San Gimignano 2022.

We waited until May for the Anteprima of Vernaccia di San Gimignano 2021, a long-time coming event and we are all enthusiastic to present our new vintages of Panizzi wines!

The only Pinot Nero di San Gimignano is a complex wine, with elegant and intense nose, fine notes of wild strawberry and mandarin peel,

During the Middle Ages Vernaccia was the wine of the Kings and Popes: Pope Martin IV knew it all too well, as he was a great lover of it, so much so that Dante placed him among the souls of gluttons

Santa Margherita is one of the few crus of San Gimignano.
This wine, which comes from the vineyard most dear to us, has an intense, elegant nose so evocative the sea with notes of salt and helichrysum.

Not only our wines, but also Panizzi organic extra virgin olive oil gives us great satisfaction: Gambero Rosso, in its guide dedicated to the best Italian olive oil (Oli d'Italia 2021),

Ceraso is the Panizzi rosè, a vineyard blend of Sangiovese and Merlot. We use the same winemaking techniques we use for Vernaccia.
