Fried pineapple

Prepare the batter by mixing the flour with the egg yolk, beer, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar. Add the melted butter and 5 tablespoons of water.

Mix well, then let it rest for an hour. Separately, whip the egg white and add it to the batter. At this point, clean and slice the pineapple. Dip the pineapple slices in the batter and fry them in a pan with plenty of oil. Serve still hot, with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
