  • our personnel authorized to process data, acting on the basis of specific instructions provided (e.g. employees and collaborators of the controller).

Data provided by the user: contact details, necessary to respond to requests, as well as all personal data included in communications. In general, we will delete the data relating or attributable to the user in our possession when they are no longer necessary for the achievement of the stated purposes.

Browsing data: the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

Such data are used in order to obtain information on the use of the Website and to check its proper functioning; to allow the correct provision of the various requested functions; for security reasons and to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against the website or third parties, and are deleted after 7 days.
