The aging in barriques of our Vernaccia Riserva goes on slowly and patiently for years in our cellar and, in a certain sense, the wine returns to the earth from which it was born.

The historical cellar of Panizzi was dug into the tuff, the dominant soil around San Gimignano, back in 1934: an environment still perfect today, as it maintains natural temperature and humidity necessary for the long rest in barrique.
