With this shout of jubilation we greeted together with Intravino&#8217;s Sabrina Somigli the tasting of two vintages of Panizzi&#8217;s most experimental and innovative wine, <strong>Evo\u00e8 bianco di Toscana IGT<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>Speaking of Evo\u00e8 2016, Sabrina wrote, &#8220;give me a bucket!&#8221;&#8230; but a few bottles can suffice, and if you wish to ideally join our tasting, you can <strong>purchase Evo\u00e8 2016<\/strong> on our online shop.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>EVO\u00c8 2007<\/strong>: wow effect on color because the hues are red gold, you said nothing! Rich on the nose ranges from tea to peach to more balsamic herbs, has light spice between nutmeg and cardamom and hints of barley candy. The mouth is moved, lively in its stimuli, fresh with slight spiciness of ginger. Beats already on the tip of the tongue and holds the sip with hints of tannin that prolong the tactile persistence. Pleasant finish with return of balsamic herbs and resins. Good first taste!     <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>EVO\u00c8 2016<\/strong>: give me a bucket of it! Ancient and contemporary wine that seems to be the essence of Vernaccia. It is spicy, reminding me of peppered bread, hints of orange peel and traits aromatic verses sage or perhaps rosemary, almond and seashells, an expression to say it reminds me of the sea \ud83d\ude09 Full acidity, tannin that is unencumbered and unexpectedly round finish with hints of honey and almond return.
