Bruschetta with chard

Boil the swiss chard leaves in salted water and let them cool. Lightly toast the slices of bread in the oven, arrange the leaves on the bread,

then add the chopped scamorza. Put in the oven again until the cheese is completely melted. Before serving, top with a drizzle of organic Panizzi extra virgin olive oil.
